Special / Plenary Sessions
Proposals for Special / Plenary Sessions may be submitted to the Technical Program Co-Chairs via email at secretariat@ieee-icon.org by May 01, 2012.

Tutorial Proposals
Proposals for full- or half-day tutorial topics are solicited. Each proposal should be about 1000 words long and should include a synopsis, tutorial outline and brief speaker's biography. Please submit your proposals to the Tutorial Chair via email at secretariat@ieee-icon.org by May 01, 2012.

Best Paper Awards
Awards will be given for the best paper and the best student paper at the conference. To be eligible for the best student paper award, a student or group of students must be primary contributors to the paper. Papers to be considered for the student paper award should be identified as such during the paper submission.
